Description

FM 100.02 – Hydrostatic Pressure;

Measures the moment caused by fluid thrust on a whole or partially submerged plane surface. PVC quadrant mounted on a balance arm pivoted on knife-edges coinciding with quadrant center. Balance arm with adjustable counter balance. Weights with hanger. Features a clear acrylic tank with water admittance and drainage.

FM 100.02A – Hydrostatic Pressure, Tilting Submerged Quadrant;

Measures the moment caused by fluid thrust on a wholly or partially submerged plane surface. PVC quadrant is hinged on a shaft pivoted on knife edges coinciding with the quadrant center. Quadrant position is adjustable relative to a balance arm such that submerged plane surface can be tilted by changing the lock pin position between the quadrant and lever arm. Depth scale is indicated on the quadrant.

FM 100.02B – Hydrostatic Pressure, Tilting Jar Quadrant;

Measures the moment caused by a fluid thrust on a wholly or partially filled plane surface. The surface can be tilted. Clear acrylic hollow quadrant is hinged with ball bearings onto a fixed arm which coincides with the quadrant center. A lever arm is hinged on the same axis. The quadrant can be tilted by changing the lock pin position between the quadrant and lever arm. At the other end of the lever arm is an adjustable counter weight. Depth scale and angular scale are indicated on quadrant with water admitted to the quadrant.
