Description
The Universal Digital Hardness tester is a multi-functional unit that enables three types of hardness tests; Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers. Together with the range of testing forces it meets the needs of a wide range of hardness measurement.
The system has a compact structure with high precision. The tester adopts an automatic varying of loading, dwelling and unloading the testing force by rotating the test-force
and changing the value of the testing force. It has a high-precision encoder and sensor for the indentation while the built-in program calculates and displays the hardness value on a large display. This makes the operation of this machine simple, fast, and visible
without human errors. This machine is suitable for use in workshops as well as laboratories.
It features a built-in printer for printing the test data. The machine can be supplied with optional software to take the measurement results on a computer.
